Match the profile before uploading

Compare the legal name, date of birth, residential address and payment ownership shown in the account with the documents requested. Correct obvious profile errors through authenticated support before sending evidence that contradicts them.

Do not invent abbreviations or alter a file to force a match. Ask whether a middle name, transliteration or recent address change needs a supporting explanation.

Give each document one job

Use a clear government identity document for identity, a current accepted record for address and a separately redacted payment record when ownership is requested. All required edges and security features should remain visible.

A screenshot cropped around a name may remove the issuer, date or reference needed for validation. Keep the document complete while masking only fields the secure request says are unnecessary.

Correct a failed field precisely

Read the rejection message as a field-level instruction: blur, glare, expiry, unsupported file type, address mismatch and missing reverse side require different corrections. Replace only the failed item unless the case explicitly asks for a complete resubmission.

Keep the case number and upload time. If the status remains unchanged after the stated review window, ask which exact item is still pending rather than sending duplicates.

Protect the verification channel

Open RocketPlay from a verified bookmark or typed hostname and navigate to the account area. Never disclose a password, one-time code, card PIN, crypto seed phrase or unredacted security code.

After approval, confirm that the withdrawal tab is unlocked and that the intended destination remains available. Verification approval and payout routing are separate decisions.
